Birch Background meets Details Deer Dies #2

For the North Carolina Stampin Up Demos meeting, I signed up for some display boards. This card was created for the board that used the Birch Background Stamp. I was to make 6 cards and focus on the Fall and winter holidays. My friend Tracy agred to make 3 of the 6 cards needed. Here is the first one I made.

This was a "template" I have made several times before & comes out nice every time I make it. This one uses the Birch Background Stamp in Smokey Slate, Real Red embossed with Swirls & Curls Embossing Folder and the Detailed Deer Dies cut from Silver Glimmer Paper. The sentiment is stamped with Itty Bitty Christmas. I colored the rhinestones with a Real Red Blends Marker and the whole thing is topped off with a bow made with White Polka Dot Tulle, White Bakers Twine and Silver thread. The envelope is decorated with a stamp from the Dashing Deer Stamp Set. This one is beautiful, but I decided to go with an alternate version that had a little more technique, make sure to see the final version here!

Picnic Paradise Paper Pumpkin Cider

Time to mix up the kits! I scrounged thru some of my other past Paper Pumpkin kits to add a little more fall into the Picnic Paradise Paper Pumpkin kit from July 2018.

I stamped the background with the Birch Background Stamp and Crumb Cake and layered that on a card base of Real Red. The focal item layers the included tissue over a square of Lemon Lime Twist.
The 2 leaves are from the Gently Falling Paper Pumpkin from September 2017. I used the Coffee Cups Dies for the cup, lid & stopper and the paper is from the Hip Hip Hooray kit. Everything is layered over a White Tea Lace Paper Doily and the sentiment is stamped with Real Red and a stamp from my stash. I added a little bow with Linen Thread as a finishing touch. I love the way this one turned out - so cute!

I stamped the background with the Birch Background Stamp and Crumb Cake and layered that on a  card base of Crumb Cake. The focal item layers the included tissue over a square of Real Red. I backed the blueberries with a little scrap of Whisper White to make them pop! The sentiment is from my stash and is stamped in Soft Suede. And the whole thing it topped off with a double bow of Whisper White Baker's Twine. Here is the pinspiration for this one.

Picnic Paradise Paper Pumpkin 6-pack

The Picnic Paradise Paper Pumpkin kit from July 2018 is so cute, I had lots pinspiration  and fun with this kit!

I used the leftover piece from the Blueberries for the focal piece. Behind that is a piece of Whisper White stamped with the Birch Background Stamp and Crumb Cake. I embossed a piece of Daffodil Delight with the Scripty 3D Embossing Folder & layered that over a piece of Blueberry Bushel. The flowers are punched with the Petite Petal Flower Punch in Whisper White and Granny Apple Green. The yellow centers are some flower sequins from Doodlebug and they are topped off with some gold rhinestones colored with a Bronze Blends Marker. The finished touch is some White and Copper Baker's Twine. I loved this card so much, I duplicated it for a swap recently!

Picnic Paradise Paper Pumpkin Ruffle

The Picnic Paradise Paper Pumpkin is so cute. Once I added the Birch Background Stamp I was totally in love!

I crinkled up the included tissue paper to make a little ruffle above the plaid background focal. The background is stamped with Crumb Cake on Whisper White using the Birch Background Stamp. The sentiment is stamped in Memento Black and a stamp from my stash.

For this next set I added a strip Granny Apple Green embossed with the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder. For the focal image, I cut up the envelopes, gave them a rough edge with a steak knife from my kitchen and lightly sponged Soft Suede around the edges. 

For this one I used the All Wired Up Background Stamp and it is stamped with Crumb Cake.
